philers The perfect pairing of crystal clear vocals with the retro guitars and subtle bass are what make Beachglass' sound both unique and out of time. Somehow reminiscent both of dream pop bands like The Cranes and the brighter corners of the psychedelic era. Previous reviewers have already pointed this out, but there is a sunny joy to their sound that contrasts lovely with the tragic beauty of the lyrics. I have had the pleasure of seeing them live and they are definitely the type of band you want to experience in concert, echoing out in a small dimly lit venue! Favorite track: Hard Heart.
